Blas’ aim is to share the best of Scotland’s food with guests. True to this aim, all ingredients are locally sourced.

Diners can enjoy haggis and black pudding in different guises, or salmon, venison and beef dishes, all expertly prepared.

A highlight is the Blas Platters, which allow the sampling of different treats, in a way similar to Spanish tapas.
