Great deals in Waterstones...

by Kaye Roberts
(Pollockshields, Glasgow)

Hi there.

Too right about Waterstones '3 for 2' deals!

That was how I first discovered Anita Shreve a few years ago. One of her earlier books, 'The Weight of Water' was lying face up on one of their tables.

I liked the image on the front, picked it up... and didn't put it back down again.

Come to thing of it, that's exactly how I started reading about the victitious village of Turnham Malpas by Rebecca Shaw, and the rewarding reads by Erica James.

Great stuff, at bargain prices, from my favourite shop in Glasgow, Waterstones on Sauchiehall Street.

Cheers!

Kaye

This article is helpful for the students of early education. When a baby starts to learn about the different things the parents should realize that in which subject their child is interested and they should get the child in that field. We are giving www.best-dissertations.net homepage in which you can get all type of writing.

Relaxing in Waterstones...
by: Samantha Weir

I know this will seem a bit weird. But I love Waterstones because of the calm atmosphere in the shop.

I've lost count of the number of times I've wandered in, waiting for inspiration to strike!

I stroll slowly round the shelves, and whenever a title catches my eye, I take a seat and have a flick through.

I look for odd titles, new books by authors I like, and interesting covers.

It never fails. I love spending an hour lazily sifting through the shelves in Waterstones.

Waterstones - best place for travel guides
by: Pete

I think Waterstones on Sauchiehall is the best place in Glasgow to go for travel books and guides.

They have so many brands to choose from. You can pick up a students guide to LOADS of cities and countries. Or have a look at the posh, exclusive places to stay in the same locations.

And of course you can go for the kind of guide that covers most budgets...

Waterstones never lets me down.

Pete
