Since then, his inspired designs have been admired around the world.

Never built in his lifetime, Glasgow made the dream come true, with the build being finished in the mid-1990s.

Today, you can stroll through Mackintosh's dreams, admire the tranquil rooms and gape at the unique glasswork and organic designs.

A true genius was at work in House for an Art Lover.
