to visit before or after enjoying your luxury stay here is...
and we love it because so many treasures are on show, totally free. The building itself is beautiful, all stately grandeur and turrets.
And the range of collections inside never fails to impress. It also acts as host venue for travelling shows, so there is always something new to see.
Locals know this and keep coming back. For example to oggle Kylie Minogue's golden hotpants (and plenty other items!) at a recent exhibition.
[You can walk in about 15 minutes. Head up Elderslie Street to Argyle Street and turn left.
After 10 minutes the road merges with Sauchiehall Street, and at that point you really can't miss it.]

It's... the main reception area and concourse designed to feel like an ocean liner.
Relax with something chilled and dry, looking out at the Clyde and imagine you're just about to sail into New York harbour (or wherever you like!).
