Happy anniversary

by Frank
(Helensburgh)

Hello there.

I stayed at One Devonshire Gardens recently. Did you know its now part of the up-market Hotel du Vin group these days?

I decided to push the boat out, to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. What a treat! The suite was absolutely GORGEOUS, and the meals and service were second to none.

Quite a place for a special occasions.

Cheers

Frank

Elegant Post-Wedding Luncheon - For 16!
by: Gordon

It's nice to read that you enjoyed One Devonshire Gardens for your anniversary. The age of romance is far from dead!

The first time I visited One Devonshire Gardens was the morning after the wedding of some very good friends. They had their wedding night there, and all 4 parents stayed too.

They called a few of us, in the morning while we were nursing post-wedding-bash hangovers, and invited us for lunch.

How cool was that? We had a lovely time, and the elegant chap on front desk managed to arrange a mini tour for us.

It is indeed a supremely classy establishment!

All the best for the next 25 years.

Spotting Famous Faces...
by: Duncan

Hello

I've never stayed in One Devonshire Gardens, but I've had dinner there a few glorious times. There is usually someone famous in residence.

I remember a few years ago, I think it was Michael Jackson booked out the whole hotel! Lucky him.

And traffic was almost brought to a standstill on Hyndland Road when Boyzone stayed. A crowd of screaming teeny-boppers is a scarey thing!

All the best.

Duncan
