and we love it because it's close to Kelvingrove Gallery and Museum, but hidden round the corner on Radnor Street. And locals like to keep it that way!
Often full of yummy mummies who've been pushing prams in Kelvingrove Park, a few quaint outside tables are just right on sunny days.
Enjoy a strong coffee and a bowl of home made soup and a half sandwich.
You deserve it after taking in the delights on show in Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
[Walk along Sauchiehall Street in the direction of the city centre.
At Kelvin Way turn right into Radnor Street, and Montgomery's in on the right.]

It's... that the whole building was actually built the wrong way round!
Some silly sod held the plans upside down at just the wrong time, and the front door is at the back, facing AWAY from Argyle Street.
This sounds daft, but is in fact true...

and we love it because its hidden from view, despite being so close to so many bustling streets. And those Chesterfield leather booths make the perfect place to relax with mates and listen to the cool tunes while having a drink and some fab food. Lovely...;-)
[Turn left when you leave the main door to the gallery, and walk for about 15 minutes along Sauchiehall Street. Take time to admire some of the Victorian building all around this part of the West End
When you reach the M8 motorway flyover, take a right turn before you cross over. Your top spot is right there, on the right.]
