 Mitchell Theatre remains a venue that takes us by surprise. Sitting proudly in the huge, impressive building that houses the Mitchell Library, a truly diverse range of shows take to the boards.
Underused, to some extent, it still plays host to travelling shows such as Barry Manilow's Copacaba. Then we might be in for the treats presented by a local youth stage group. One of the nicest things about Mitchell Theatre is how close the audience feels to the stage. The smaller number of seats and generous incline of the theatre's layout see to this. For something just that little bit different, keep an eye out for what's coming up soon, at this impressive little theatre.
