Psst!... our VERY-close-second favourite place...

and we love it because those deep, curved leather booths are just waiting for us to get comfy with our mates! The menu has no right to be as mouth watering as it is, and the big shining bar gets our attention every time. Black Sparrow is a really cool local secret.
[From The Garage, turn right, towards the M8. When you cross over the motorway, turn immediate left, and you'll find Black Sparrow in the right. Have fun...;-)]

and we love it because it has been feeding and watering us for decades now. But somehow it manages to remain a mystery to lots of locals. Maybe its the secret location? Whatever the reason, great meals and great times with friends are the norm here.
[From The Garage, cross Sauchiehall Street and walk along Elmbank Street for one block. Cross Bath Street and turn right, so that you walk past Kings Theatre. Then turn left, up the small set of concrete steps. Baby Grand Charing Cross is around the 1st corner, on the right. Well done, you've found a local hidden gem!]
